What we believe (Aka our Philosphies and Values)


Well, we belive in lot of things, and wish life could be simple enough to kept in these few lines:-)


We have collected these over the years (Still Collecting...Things which works), and have lived by them ever since -even before ArcAngels took shape. The are Crude and Raw (at least our english teacher will say so) and ya! not in particular order. But From time to time we revisit this list to see if it still holds true. & In time, We will Keep improving and perfecting them(In terms of Grammar, of course).

• We will work hard 10-5. And then Party Even Harder.

• Work less but Work Good. 1 Masterpiece lives longer than 10 Averages.

• Do everything a Barrel at a time. Bit by Bit.

• Don't Reinvent the Wheel, life is too short for it. And thus, at many times instead of starting from scratch or owning it whole, we will hunt what already exist, empower it, improve it and trasform it to something which we can rightfully call ours.

• ArcAngels don't Compete (we all can grow and live together). And if We do , we Compete with Ourselves. Make ourself better than Yesterday. Infact, There is no need to Compete, We just have to know our wants better. And the competitive edge we use for and against ourselves to make us better than we are yesterday.

• Unity is the Solution

• Doing business is not all about numbers and money. It was about PEOPLE. 

• We aren't bad people & we like to Help Others but we are going to Help only those who are going to deserve our Help.

• Yes! I m an Entrepreneur but instead of starting things from a scratch, i am going to pay attention to already existing ones too. This is true for ArcAngels.

• Bang for the Buck : Focus on very cost effective methods + Frugality...like if they can do it for 1cr, we will make it in 80 lakhs. This for our Clients, Business Partners and For ourselves as well.

• It's not about Money, Money, Money… it's about knowledge,learning and growth.

• Follow ethical business practices. Be open and sincere in all our dealings. Do the right thing and nobody can put a finger on you. It's a law!! Both, Legal as well as Social.

• Providing genuine value through our products and services to everyone who is part of ArcAngels Family.

• Guardian  & Protectors : As ArcAngels we stand for a change and like a new born child a change too has to be protected and nutured in the right way till it has become permanent.

• A Business have bigger reponsiblities than just to feed the needs of the owner & employee. Remember it always.

• We will do the same things which not just not hundreds but thousands might have already done before… As there is nothing new under the sun. But we'll do it in our own style and better than what they have done.

• ArcAngels, combination of many Culture, Diversity and Counter Intuitive Business style .

• Our Hood is our Mask & a Mask is Single identity but wore by thousands. And its not the person who wears it but the work that identity does is what matters.

• "Perfected it with Time". You don't have to do everything just now.

• We may fall...but we have to learn to stand; Again and Again and Again.

• We will keep learning and Growing till we last. Life means learning and if we stop learning we aren't living. And There is always room for improvement.

Well every firm have a Story and Stories are beautiful things to tell & So is the Story of ArcAngels…
 
Ever really thought about the real meaning of the world “INVESTMENT” ?

 
No!! The answer is not merely buying stocks.
 
Investing – is “A way of life” . Its a term which has meaning which goes beyond RETURNS and MONEY.
 
Doesn’t it amazes you…How hard you have tried cut your expenses and made so many plans and talked to so many frds to buy that favorite phone of yours, make be watch a much awaited movie or Even, to get your Schools farewell party Haircut… That is called Investment. Investment with efforts and emotions and not just money – Desire to bring that change kept going without giving up, though most of the times these desires still end up being up dreams which never become reality :_)
Nevertheless, Investment is like this only, taking, a share of joys, from today, putting it for the happiness tomorrow And Tomorrow is important as it holds the key to the solutions to bring those chances which you don’t have today…  And we all did these little –little things of life, to make our lives a little better, happier, for a change, may be for growth, or Perhaps  एवी (without any reason) . But we all did these and this made each one a Investor.

Now, ArcAngels is a group of such investors,  who make investments but not usually for themselves only. They invest in Dreams of People and earn living by making them a Success.  ArcAngels those Angels who take leap of faiths to bring about the changes in the lives of Doers which they long to and thus they symbolize “guardian of change”.  And sometimes they invest in things which are larger than life after all its a corporate, the project are little bigger and complex then those mentions in the beginning of the paragraph :D

Earlier, I thought to limit this concept to myself. These details and technical Jargons, and just form a company and do our work… have targets and get them completed, वगर, वगर. But वो फ़ील नहीं आरहा था. After all, doing business is not all about numbers and money. It was about PEOPLE.

Now, as i grown into better Businessman and more specifically, as An Better Investor. I realized the world ( and more importantly my friends and the people who loved me… and Hell yeah! My relatives too) should know what i believe in and what i am trying to create.

CHANGE… Everything is supposed to change and it does. They are always getting better  or well, mostly Worse :-/  But they are changing. And Sometimes life can stuck in such grime and vicious cycle of not moving forward and becoming better that it’s painful even to think about it. And you can start thinking by imagining Entrepreneurs who have ideas which can change the world and want to start their business but, u know, life is not that easy.
We all want something to change certain things. We all long for a change. Whether it’s d extra fat on the tummy and things or size of the notes in your monthly pocket money or blood sucking corruption with Anna Hazare . 
 
The List can go on, from getting your story published or Removing world hunger (Ya! Hippo, I saw your Ad)… So, Like everyone, there are so many things I want to change myself but I won't be able to. Its not my height but each Situations do turnout to be pretty large by themselves …At least, Much more than a single man can handle - No matter how good a man you become or How many skills you acquire.
I with I-M-Not-Going_to-Quit attitude from age of 14 (I still wonder, I was that small ) to almost man of 21, Kept searching for a Answer and finally It came in form of this system… "Ownership Investment” it was already there people were already using it and i just found it.

Only Successful Group, Societies and Business can find proper solution or at least can provide environment to bring about changes… I need to make Firm (aka Company) which can do Ownership investment and be Part of Businesses whose owner are trying to bring changes {like making rare Motion sensors Camera which can read Hand Actions and Perform computer operations like Searching internet with physical input -keyboard or Touch Screen- (Ahhh!! जादु)… –Ya, i this was the concept of Pranav Mistry :) & it already in action}.

Going for Investment not directly Business has a reason, Even if I pay, People will not work hard to bring the level of perfection that I strive to bring about. Because they will lack the zeal, the passion & the will power that keep founding entrepreneur going.
This profession of mine let me meet such people in abundance. Not just People, But Groups & Businesses and their ideas, Tools and Experience, who are working on such changes already.
Asal main tho, Investors ki approach ye hoti h… Paisa lagao or show dekhte jao. Tum free raho, Mehnat kis or ki or shares ke rate tumharey bhadeygay. Same goes for Seed and Angel Investor. But since like Ash Ketchem of Pokemon and Narruto… I also want to be the best of My field… “The Best Investor” , I need to do a little extra.*
There is one more advantage of an Investment firm… in this World there are so many people with so many innovative ideas; ideas that really mean a lot … But to make something big, we need to have resources and only big business corporate can provide that as they are meant for that. Tum bina business power ke kuch bhi jyadha din tak hila nahi saktey. And har kise ke pass businees skills nahi hoti or hone ki jarurat bhi nahi hoti. They only need to know their work and thus the void of those much needed business skills will be provided by ArcAngel… this is one reason for its very existence, infact of myself as being an investor - which just not common and very hard to digest.

थो equation will be like this…
तुम्हारे सपने + तुम्हारी innovation + तुम्हारे changes + Unending force to bring that change  + मेरी Business Power => Masterpieces. (Yeah!! Baby. Bring it on).

Company Overview… NO!! it not going to be Boring.

We are what others also refer as a Private Equity fund and Venture Capitalist. Other than that I will like to mention is it’s not going to be an Orthodox or Stereotype, NO !! 
Time will keep rolling . And there are going to be methods and strategies which are unheard, Strange and Paradox to Investment Firms but will be used by (Don’t worry they tested and They work) so be prepared for that. We are also not going to focus only on New Ideas, New Business and New Innovations. But we will be bring many dead (or almost dead) but Potential Business back to life. We are also going to Focus on Tie-Ups with many existing businesses. In fact there will be “Hell Lot of Associations”. From NGOs to Newspaper Agencies to Pet Shops… If you are also good at something we are ready Tie-up. Buyouts and Takeovers are also going to be one of the most prominent weapon of ours. Ya! You can say, Buying up the whole thing and then Improving it, raising its standards up to our level and then running it under the name of ‘ArcAngels’.
We aren’t going to depend only on others for bringing changes. We are going to bring some by ourselves (Read as “We will have our own full fledged Businesses as well”) .
