So what "an Diversified Business & Investment firm" do and How...
The Concept of "ArcAngels" work in 3 steps (Which are just small in numbers 1, 2 & 3 ^_^, we wish we complete step like that, Anyways continuing with the process)
Step 1: We Create a Brand – “The ArcAngels” Uniform, Constant, Maintains Standard, & Yes, a NAME known to Masses
It will Follow Similar Method - Again & Again, and No Matter what may come It is Competent of handling Big, Difficult and complex projects and esp. Startups; Still maintain our Standards, Organization, Methods & Our Believes.
ArcAngels will System which provides integrity & Structure, to almost what it engulfs.
Step 2: Get into Business Now when ArcAngels stabilizes and we hunt for Business Opportunities which can some or all of these following characteristics
• Small,
• Simple
• Negligible Down-Payment with
• Low investment requirements (Monetary and Non Monetary)
• Adequate Return
• Lot of Employment
Or
• It can be something that SHOULD EXIST IN SOCIETY. ArcAngels will took the project. it will our responsibility to get it running, sustain, and grow.
Now the People who will be doing is not just another employees working for salary to pay their petty Bills . BUT!! by People who always wanted to something forever as their career in their particular field. And Since ArcAngels is Diversified Business and Investment firm, we will be able to provide vast variety of career and opportunities to young and old, which can be done by any other firm.
Along with that we will be target and working with , Willing entrepreneur , who to start up a similar business like one of the ArcAngels but in their Area or Preexisting Business (via Tie ups) . These People have fire of the founding father, which money can’t buy. These can go on working without the need to look at their watches and can face most of difficulties head on, as they are/will be doing what they are Passionate about and they getting paid for it. They will make a business success as they gave birth to it and Put soul in keep on running it.
And Rest (and whatever they problem handling) will be take care of by The ArcAngels Group.
Step 3: Make sure they (Step 2 Stuff) aligned to our Brand Standard. The ArcAngels Group is working hard, to be such a brand that when we bring a Product or a Service, People must be it ArcAngels' , its not just going to be good But AAAwwwoSOoooMEEE !!
And thus We will take very selective investment/business opportunity and once chosen, it will take one of the 2 following possibility:
The Two possibilities:
1st:Our Business-The owners/founding father accept to join us and let the Business run under the name ArcAngels or Wishes that ArcAngels handle their recruitment, marketing, finance, event and many more, and he/she can completely focus on his core ideas for which the business was started.
Well, After all, its not just about Name and Fame. Most of the times we just want to have Opportunities where we just want to Do what we really like doing.
So such case, Everything will be Done with ArcAngels Style; Our Method, Employees, Channels, Contacts, Resources, Strategies and Yes!! Uniqueness which we will be known for.... Such Opportunity Case it will be considered as Our Businesses, The ARCANGELS' Businesses.
2nd:Our Investments-Their won’t be much of Involvement, other Providing Resources, Contacts & Advice to make the Investment – A Return Sprouting Mine. The owners/Founding Father wish to be keep their name – (but the opportunity is something which must exist in society); and ArcAngels choose to go with it – then it will be called as Our Investment.
Update: We wish to let Our future Business Partners, have one more option in this scenario, a 3rd Possibility. Which one of our Employee brought to us, as he may also start his own business someone day. In this we the Entrepreneur can have their name along and still be using Our Brand Equity. Like, ArcAngels' <The Name you gave your business 'xyz'> <and you can do anything like making 'Electronic Bike cum Rickshaws'>.
