Routine
We have written a blog on system, it would be helpful if you could read it first then continue here.
Routine is a kind of system that we make for ourself.
Some question that we are going to address in this blog are :
- What is routine
- Why to have routine
- Tips to Have a good routine
What is routine : we all know what is routine, I doesnt thing it is needed to explain.
We wake up, bath,eat breakfast, find car or bike keys,went office, work, come back home, watch TV, sometimes fight, eat & sleep - this is a normal routine.
Why to have a routine : conciously or conciously we all are following some routine. So, why it doesnt must be as per our liking.
The purpose of routine is to feed a thought or habit or pattern in our subconcious mind so that we do not have to figure out everything every day.
A routine puts you in an automatic mode.
We wake wake, check our phone message or Instagram, we didn't realise it but it's part of our routine or vice versa.
Secondly, it's easier to perform on days we are having good mood or high spirit. But what about days when Things are not going right.
Are we not going to show up.
Are we not going to work that day.
We are going not going to do it as per our liking, we are going to do it because our routine forces us to perform but if we have not prepared such kind of routine then we are not going to perform.
1) Rom was not built in a day but was it ever going to be made if youth was spenting it's time in Netflix. They would have never achieved it. It's not that we have short time but that we waste much of it.
Result are not obtained in a single day, it's day & days continue working that brings result.
Tips to have a good routine : 1) ultimately we all wants to productive as we can.
To do so, have a distraction free enviroment.
Have a enviroment that requires more efforts to pursue your loving distraction.
Have you ever noticed you are more productive in office then home.
Why?? Because it easier to sleep at home then working.
You can't sleep in office, camera & your boss are observing you.
It's comfortable to watch Netflix or tv at home. At office, mostly we do not have tv.
That's why many people prefer to visit library instead of home.
2) Make yourself accountable for day. At the end of day, ask yourself, despite of indulging in day all unproductive work, have I managed to work on stuff that are my priorities.
Write it, track it, observe your working pattern, ask yourself where do I go wrong.
For doing so, I have attached a manual format in description. You could check it if you likes.
Make ensure you knows where you are spending your time. Look at record & determine which activity you want to do more or less.
3) Don't try to do everything at a sametime, whenever you do multitasking, you ended up restless & exhaust by the end of those activities.
Work peacefully, tell yourself you have enough time.
Completing a task is important but tutor mindset while completing a task is also important.
4) Don't stop on hindrance, stop when you are on roll.
Why?
Because if you stop on hindrance, next time when you restart it, you will require greater will power to complete it.
If you stop on roll, you are already in excitement to complete it.
5) Sepeate busy work & important work : we engage in many things that seems to be important but are actually not important. That stuff such as washing dishes, arranging little stuff does not require perfection. It's okk to be mediocre in them & spending time what is actually important. Set your priorities, don't let unproductive work to eat up all your time.
6) Build a habit to do something daily you likes. It could be anything. It is to ensure that you remain in good mood inspite of bad day. Build your own triggers to set your mood. Like many senior smoke whenever he went for important discussion. This is just example, I m not motivating you to be a smoker.

Market Norm V/S Social Norm
We could approach a person for his service via 2 ways.
We could adopt market norm or social norm.
Say we are in fever market rate for our treatment is rs 100.
If we offer doctor & paying rs 1000 then we are approaching him professionals & this is market norm.
If we ask for doctor service for free as help then we are approaching him with social norm.
There is no issue in approaching anyone with social norm. The other person may also refuse to help you but there are also many person in world who like to do charity & help.
It's kind of wonderful feeling when you help someone unconditionally & many people like to experience it regularly in life.
The problem arise when you approach someone with social norm & then you tries to pay him in return for his service with less amount then market norm.
Say in our example, there was no issue when you approaches doctor & pays him 1000.
Let's look what happens if you approaches doctor with social norm & then offer him rs 400 in return.
1) The doctor may feel offended as considering you worth his service of rs 400 only.
2) Doctor mind starts calculating true worth of his service & may ask for same in return instead of rs 400 only.
Crux : approach someone with market norm or social norm.
You are going to spoil situation if tries in between market norm & social norm.

Durable Fulfillment - Long Lasting Peace
What do we really want ?
We all have this Question , every now and then … and a general answer would be happiness. we wants to be happy.
But have you ever seen a person who is always happy ?
Difficult to find one because happiness is a emotion & we do not stay in only one emotion. All the external things effects tries to effect our emotion.
A second answer Would be success.
But there are many people who are very successful but still not happy & Commit suicide. Success not necessary makes a person happy . And Success differs from person to person .
An another answer could be freedom ? … We love Freedom . We crave for Freedom. And this appear to be most important need than ever during Coronavirus Lockdown . Hahaha
Anyway coming back to the point , We need Different kind of freedom. Freedom of Finance . Freedom from Relationship restriction . Freedom of Free time .
Also freedom doesn't give you happiness…
A Person might be free and enjoying games and movies . But he will need success .
A person who is jobless is all the free but searches for job
A recently divorced person is recently divorced is free to enter in any new relationship but he might not be happy
A person who is homeless could go anywhere but wishes for home to stay.
Also a person who is Successful might not be Free .
So, We need all of these things.
- Happiness
- Success
- Freedom
And one more thing, we don't need it in one at time , but all 3 of them together.
And also not for few days , weeks or months… but for long time time. For DURABLE time .
Thus, this four things act as pillars of life & all together makes our life "DURABLE FULFILMENT". Durable fulfilment means long lasting happy satisfying life.
To build up these pillars, we have to pursue them with our certain resources in Our "BOUNDARY" to achieve them. The base pillar was boundary. in our previous blog and last video we have discussed about it in detail. Let's look at this resources

You can't cross any nation boundary without prior approval.
2) Your home : your home do have boundary in form of walls.
No body could enter in your home without approval.
3) King castle : Earlier, kings Live in a castle protected with some layers of defence.
If one tries to enter in King castle without approval, it's considered as attack.
You may have listen many times in general communication, "hey, you are crossing your limits".
In order to not cross our limits,we need to understand what Comes within our limits & what Comes out of our limit.
What Comes within our limit : all of our resources that we do control Comes within our boundary like
- Finance
- intelligence
- Emotional energy
- Time
- Skill
- Bike,car,tv or any monetary possession
What comes out of our limits: all the things that we can't control Comes out of our boundary. The list is long but some of examples are :
- Your boss
- Your girlfriend or spouse
- Nation economy
- Anything that you does not have ownership.
Suffering : I do not need to explain suffering but could be in any form Like tension,anger,irritation
What causes suffering: it could be one of the below reason
1) Trying to control things that are outside our boundary : One of the major issue is we expect other person to act according to our desired wish. We forget that we can't control them & in end suffer.
Ex. If you ever had been in relationship, you may have tried to control your partner & vice versa.
2) Weak boundary : With certain people, we do have a weak boundary or say holes in boundary.
The 2 Major ways to identify holes in boundary are:
A) The person who feels uncomfortable to say & listen "no" have weak boundary. Other person could easily enter in your territory & May manipulate you. It leads to Leak out of your resources.
Someone else may be exhausting your resources just because you were uncomfortable to say no.
B) The person who often uses word "should" in his sentence.
When you uses word "should", you are trying to guide what & how things shall be done.
Ex. He should have gone there.
He should ask for dinner.
He should have not taken leave.
But he who uses word "should" forget the concept of boundary.
Most of the times,he is trying to correct things that are out of his boundary.
May be he is right but could he change someone else ? - Noooooo
Solution : Build a boundary with doors just like your home. The door of your home is open to Certain people & for certain time.
Ex. You have open your doors for your employer from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
For else time, the door is closed.
Fix a certain time for which you are available. Don't be always available else ready to be taken granted.
How to grow your boundary ?: With your current resources,you pursue for a goal.
A goal is something that is out of your boundary & you are trying it to bring it in your boundary.
Once you achieve that goal, it become part of your resource too & your boundary grows.
2 things to remember while pursuing goal :
1) Many time we chase a high goal that we are not able to achieve with current resource.
I m not saying you cant achieve it,i m saying you cant achieve it with your today resources.
Quit that goal,put it out of your boundary else it will cause you suffering.
You may try for that goal in future with your updated resources.

If yes, then you shall be aware that bike runs on 2 fuels :
1) petrol - it Is required to run bike
2) mobil oil - it is required to to keep engine fluid & proper working.
Let assume:
A) what Happens if bike have mobil oil but do not have petrol?
Ans- bike shall not move but its engine shall be fine.
B) what happens if bike have petrol but do not have mobil oil?
Ans - bike shall move but it shall be harmful for engine, the engine will cease if you continues for long period.
Practical application : replace as below
1) replace bike with yourself
2) petrol with courage - to keep moving
3) mobil oil with happiness - to keep engine smooth
Let's repeat our some of questions again but this time it's about your life:
A) what will happen If you possess happiness(mobil oil) within but do not possess courage(petrol) to try new things, to take risk?

3 circles of relationship

Classify & put all the person in your life in one of the 3 circles.
The 3 circles of relationship are :
1) 1st circle - this circle consist of people who are
- very close to you.
- family members.
- you shall be in life for long term say 10 to 20 yrs
- shall be present for you when you needed most & face worst situation of your life.
Checklist to be qualify in 1st circle:
A) intention - he shall be having pure & good intention towards you.
If he do not possess good attention for you, his other qualities, money & talent is not useful for you.
B) location - you could meet him personally. Location barrier hamper relation in long run.
Also, your wishing on social media for happy birthday is so much appreciated as everybody is doing so even who is not being touch since 10 yrs although it could be good to start conversation.
Your efforts to travel & meet in week or 2 weeks with that person is uniqueness that could make you important as everyone is not doing same.
Interest : both shall have common interest to pursue. That common interest shall serve as being purpose of meeting.
2nd circle - these are people whom you meet daily, spend your major of day with them ex. Your present office collegue, your cricket team but deepdoen you also also knows
- their stay in your life is limited. Ex. Once you left your present office, you are not going to meet them.
- you can't depend on them in situation of help.
3rd circle - these are people with whom you meet one or two times in a year or old friend who just seems suddenly. You greets him, shake hand & both goes your own way again.
What is outside of this 3 circles - crowd. They're many people but we don't know who they are makes them part of crowd.
Practical application - invest your time, efforts & energy on people who are in 1 st circle.
Remember - time changes, people changes.
Once you classified people, keep regular observations on their attitude, intention & do not feel hesitate to change their circle in your life.
Also, if relation with someone Is not going well. DO NOT FINISH RELATION WITH HIM BY ACCUSING EACH OTHER MISTAKES. Just change his circle.
Its better to make distance instead of finishing relation with someone.
Build System
What is system?
System means following predefined steps one by one aligned in sequence to achieve desired target.
Now, you have to define those steps & its sequence which leads you to goal.
Ex, every machine follow system. In net banking, its a predefined sequence that ask for id, password, otp on phone & then payment.
In atm machine, system ask you yo Insert card, pin code, withdraw or balance inquiry & so on.
How system is helpful in human life?
Okk, we have two minds
Concious mind - the acts require us to think while doing work are perform by concious mind.
Sub concious mind - the acts doesnt require us to think & we do it by reflex, our automatic reaction & require very less thinking as we have got it habitual by performing it number of times.
You have to perform system with the help of your concious mind till it feeded in sub concious mind.
Once it is feeded in sub concious mind :
- your accuracy increases
- you take less time to perform it
- there is less chance you forget Any important point.
Ex. if I have to prepare salary sheet for 20 people manually, then I shall divided whole task into steps & write those steps in diary.
I shall follow that steps by seeing them from diary to follow in proper sequence.
Once I do it 3 to 4 time, then it shall be near to automation in my mind.
There are many task that needs repetition in our life.
If you follows routine, it's also a system.

Yes ! the world is facing a COMMON ENEMY ... and this ENEMY is strong ... quick and Lethal. It spreads like a WILDFIRE and KILLS in the same manner.
this is the time when we have to be Careful and must take all the steps with great precaution ... not only we have to fight Corona but also ... but also have to fight our Desperation, Anger, Loss, hopelessness.
To many nation the plight is of despair
It is very easy to loose sight from what is important and how idealism should be .... but to the people who have intellecut , who have patience. must show . this is time . becuase the commaners and the average will going lose it . and burn and create more damage ...
